Visiting this website
When you open this site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Applying to join
Our application form is run by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). We collect what you enter there — for example your name, phone number and a few words about yourself — so we can add you to our WhatsApp Community. Legal basis: your consent and your request to join (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep your answers as long as you're part of the community and delete them when you leave or ask us to.
The community itself lives on WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.). When you join, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies, and other members can see your name and phone number.
If you write to us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, to get a copy of it, or to object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just e-mail hi@international-gmunden.at. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at).
